PRICING

Booth space rates for PCBC 2011 are $36.00 per square foot with a minimum booth size of 10'x10' (100 square feet).

Estimated Additional Expenses (based on 2010 rates)
To assist you in budgeting, we have provided the following list of additional services you may require, along with their associated rates.

Booth Cleaning: Daily — $32.00 per 100 sq. ft.
Porter Service: Daily — $87.00 up to 1000 sq. ft.
Carpet: 9’ x 10’ Standard — $120.00
Carpet: Deluxe Plush — $4.20 per sq. ft. installed
Carpet padding is an additional $1.45 per sq. ft. installed
Electrical — $98.00 - $265.00 standard
Lead Retrieval —  $400.00 per scanner

Furniture
6' Undraped Display Table — $50.00
6' Draped Display Table — $100.00
Chairs — $70.00
Literature Stand — $95.00
Wastebasket — $17.00

Labor
Union Labor is required and is charged per man hour (one man/one hour minimum, then ½ hour increments)

Installation/Dismantling (hourly) — $80.00 ($132.00 overtime)
Forklift w/operator (hourly) — $122.00 ($174 overtime)
Hanging of Ceiling Signs (hourly) — $321.00 ($514.00 overtime)

Material Handling
This charge is for the delivery of your exhibit materials from the loading dock to your booth. Union labor is required and is charged to every exhibitor according to the weight of the shipment. (Charged per 100 pounds, 200 pound minimum per shipment. Prices based on crated materials.)

Advance Shipments to Warehouse (crated) — $67.00 per 100 lbs.
Direct Shipments to Exhibit Site (crated) — $85.00 per 100 lbs.-
Telecommunications: Standard phone line — $250.00
