Inspiration
What inspires buyers now? The Gen X & Y crowd don’t want their parents home or décor – they want their own thing. And boomers who have jettisoned their kids are entering their second adolescence. One size fits all doesn’t fit anymore. Ethnic, family and generational shifts have made it so. Niche opportunities abound. What part of the emerging markets will you own outright?
